The most interesting subject in the world to me is people. I am captivated by the unique beauty inherent to "ordinary" humanness. Through my paintings, I focus on the light and positivity of the human experience. My aim is to portray connection through portraiture, wether that be through an individual relationship interplaying in the painting, or through the common connection we all have as people. Life is precious, full wonder and beauty; I focus on these notes in my art, leaving viewers with an aura of hopefulness.
