My name is Guillermo Rios and I live in Dallas Tx. I am a Teacher at a High School and I have a passion for drawing and painting. I decides to create this collection and give voice to the feeling of uncertainty and frustration as 2020 progresses. Showing colors as a collage, I have created images that represent an aspect of life. I want to represent the turmoil of feeling during difficult times of 2020. My art consist of water color illustrations with an Abstract twist. The moment I found out that my mother was COVID-19 Positive, I started painting this collection. I did not wanted to depict the sadness or frustration that I felt, instead I let color and emotion surface and guide me. My collections moves through different spaces, but always finds itself erupting in Human kind.
