The public is welcome to watch Erika Huddleston paint on the pocket prairie from October 7th - November 14, 2021.

Artspace111 represented artist Erika Huddleston will be LIVE painting at the Botanic Research Institute of Texas (or, BRIT) that shares grounds with the Fort Worth Botanic Gardens starting this October 7th - November 14, 2021.

This technique is known as En Plein Air which is French expression meaning “the open air” and refers to the act of painting outside. Huddleston has a Masters degree in Landscape Architecture and a BA in Fine Arts. As an artist, she combines these skills to create unique expressive botanical paintings. The paintings she does at the BRIT will be exhibited in the BRIT building at the Fort Worth Botanic Gardens from January 27 - May 13, 2022.
