Emily Ding is "a muralist who draws inspiration from flora, fauna, and human temperament. Her large-scale work is characterized by expressive animals and figures, which come to life through bold color gradients and a fluid, painterly style. Resonating deeply with the phenomena of the natural world, she aims to communicate emotions and experiences, through storytelling with wild creatures and people." – www.emilyding.art
“I am excited to be a part of bringing a large-scale work to the side of Artspace111 - I think it is very special and impressive for the building to have such long history in supporting local art and artists. I can tell Artspace111 curates a diverse range of contemporary art, and am excited to contribute another piece on the building’s exterior.” – Emily Ding
