My photography is about how I relate to and remember compelling people, street scenes and nature. In my portraits, my own insecurities and disconcertment are usually in some proportion to the relaxed, genuine expressions I can elicit from my subjects. I use simple posing and framing to amplify my subject's humanity at turning points in their lives.
