I have always needed a creative outlet in my life,whether it be art, singing, or acting. I have a Bachelor of Arts in Art from Scripps College and a JD from Texas Tech University School of Law. I am a practicing attorney in Fort Worth and I make art as a creative escape from my day job as a lawyer. The pieces I have submitted all relate to the ocean and boating adventures that transport the viewer out of everyday life to a tropical escape. My family calls itself "water people" and I draw my inspiration for the submitted paintings from our collective fascination and love of the ocean, beaches, boats and water.
