Cynthia LaBuda grew up on a small farm in Nebraska and with the encouragement of her mother began developing her artistic skills early on. Raised on the land with cattle and horses, her affection for the rural landscape and lifestyle runs deep. After a 30-year career as an architect, Cynthia rededicated herself to her passion for art in 2015. Cynthia's work, described as "atmospheric" explores the beauty of the visible world and the patterns made by man's interactions with the landscape. Cynthia has studied with Texas artists Julio Reyes, Candice Bohannon, Martin Grelle, Bruce Greene and Brenda Murphy and with Utah artists Douglas Fryer, Michael Workman and Kathryn Stats. Her work has been accepted into several national Juried Exhibitions.
